SHIPPING POLICY
Price of standard shipping is a flat rate for your parcels to be sent via Royal Mail. UK shipping only. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

During busy periods of the year, such as Christmas, please allow longer for your ceramics to be delivered.
RETURN POLICY
In the unfortunate event the customer is dissatisfied with the product, they may return the product within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for paying return postage costs. Please keep your proof of postage. Customers will receive their refund within 14 working days commencing from the day the goods are delivered back to Erin Lloyd Pottery. Products must be returned in a re-saleable condition in order to obtain a full refund.
